Job Description
The Payroll and HR Administration Manager will coordinate the administrative management of human resources and payroll, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, and managing the disciplinary process within the company.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law or Management
- Confirmed experience in payroll and personnel administration
- Good mastery of HR processes
- Local labor law knowledge
- Individual and collective relationship management
- Rigor, good communication skills, and sociability
- Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships
- Process-oriented, capable of analysis, adaptable, and reactive
- Ability to organize and supervise salary treatment, social regimes, and administrative files
