Job Description
The Intake Coordinator will monitor intake information from tanker trucks, ensure accurate documentation, and manage traffic flow to maintain efficiency. The role will also involve testing milk for antibiotics and acidity levels, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work closely with management on assigned projects
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong desire to grow with the company
- Ability to lead and ensure projects are completed on time
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Must be well organized
- Ability to climb ladders and work on top of milk trucks
- Attention to detail
- Computer experience
- Must be accurate in taking samples & performing tests
- Ability to pass state certification for CHARM testing (will train)
- Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment
- Excellent record required in safety, attendance, and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed
- Ability to read and write instructions in English
- Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required
