Job Description
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the assignment, coordination, and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance duties. This role requires overseeing PM schedules, maintaining spare parts, and ensuring a good work environment. Technical knowledge and flexibility to work various shifts are essential.
