Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations across multi-shift powdered food production lines and facilities maintenance for the GPN Aurora Campus and facilities. This role ensures equipment reliability, adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant plant leadership experience, including 2+ years of directly supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of high voltage multi-phase electrical systems troubleshooting
• Experience in food processing and packaging equipment and processes
• Experience with HVAC, alarms & surveillance, fire systems, electrical service and distribution systems
• Working knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA, Electrical Safety, Food Safety (FDA, SQF, NSF), and Building Code regulations
• Experience with computerized predictive/preventative maintenance program, work order generation/logging and provide trend information
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
• Ability to read and understand control logic, P&IDs and other technical material pertinent to automated packaging equipment
