As Senior Design Manager, you'll own and lead the evolution of Glance AI's visual identity across campaigns, platforms, and global markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or visual design
• 3-5 years in a senior leadership or people-management role
• Proven experience managing and delivering work through teams of 6-10 designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, interaction-led, and brand-driven work
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, media, or tech categories preferred
