Job Description
Glass Health is looking for a Founding AI/Data Engineer to build new products and grow existing ones. The role involves designing and building development and production platforms, owning the development of new user-facing generative AI features, and partnering with researchers and engineers to bring new features and research capabilities to the world.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in various tech environments
- Experience with TypeScript/React on the frontend, Python on the backend, adaptability, and a drive to learn new technologies
- Significant experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems
- Experience with AI and LLM technology
- Experience in startup environments
- Familiarity with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA & other healthcare regulatory structures
