Dental Assistant

Assists the dentist chair-side in all clinical procedures, prepares patient for treatment, and performs various lab duties. Responsible for accurate dental charting and communication with patients. Takes diagnostic radiographs and ensures proper infection control and EHR requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Michigan Radiology Certification within 60 days
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Externship / internship / apprenticeship experience
