Specialty Fiber Operator

Glen Raven Custom Fabrics is seeking a Specialty Fiber Operator to produce high-quality Roving sliver for use in the Spinning Process. The role involves operating individual fiber units and following company policies to prevent injury. Requirements

• Follow company policies and safe work practices to prevent injury to yourself and other associates
• Immediately correct unsafe behaviors and immediately correct/report any unsafe work condition
• Immediately report any work-related injury to your Shift Leader
• Responsible for performing all the duties of a tying operator: transporting and installing warps, framing warps, leasing warps, tie warps and starting up warps (smashing)
