Director of Sales Marketing NonExempt

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for proactively soliciting business opportunities through tele-prospecting and direct sales to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals. The position requires enthusiasm, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education required
• Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent level of education preferred
• 2 to 3 years Sales & Marketing experience in the hospitality industry required
• Ability to provide and maintain a valid drivers license
• Considerable knowledge of complex mathematical calculations and computer programs
• Excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills
• Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Basic computational ability
