Job Description
Glenmont Group is seeking a mid-level, Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate or Counsel attorney with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans
- Experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders
- Experience with commercial real estate developers, owners and borrowers is a plus
Benefits
- Anticipated annual base salary range of $310,000 to $460,000
