Degree in relevant field, background in residential developments, and knowledge of building regulations required
Site Administrator (Specified Purpose Contract)
Third level qualification in a technical discipline, relevant experience in civil engineering or construction, and strong technical and communication skills
Junior EHS Advisor
Health and Safety qualification, experience in a similar role, and strong communication skills
Site Engineer
Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/ Structural), Significant experience as a Site Engineer, Strong setting out experience
Site Engineer- Infrastructure
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent, with 0-10 years of experience
Site Manager
Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification, significant site management experience, background in residential developments
Finishing Foreperson
Degree in Construction Management, significant experience, excellent knowledge of trades, background in residential construction, and excellent working knowledge of building regulations
Senior Site Engineer
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), significant experience as a Senior Site Engineer, and strong setting out experience using equipment such as Total Station and GPS
Site Engineer
Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Structural) with significant experience as a Senior Site Engineer and strong setting out experience
Trades Foreperson
Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification or relevant trade experience, residential development background, knowledge of building regulations and certification standards
