Glenveagh is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their residential project in Oldtown, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant trade experience, significant site management experience, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Requirements
- Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
- Significant site management experience on residential projects
- Background in residential developments essential
- Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
- The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
