Senior Associate, Client Solutions (Night Shift)

As a Senior Associate, you will be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a diverse network of global experts, sourcing the most suitable candidates for our clients' research endeavours.

Requirements

• Postgraduate / Graduate degree from a top-tier university
• 4-6 years of work experience, ideally in B2B client servicing and business development roles
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• General understanding, awareness and interest in corporate, consulting, and financial markets
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills
• Experience interacting with senior executives
• Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours basis business needs and client requirements
• Successful track record of working in a dynamic environment, often accompanied by stringent deadlines
• Willingness to work night shifts, aligning with the 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM coverage requirements
