Job Description
GliaCell is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (AI - Assisted Developer Tooling) for a full-time position. The role involves improving productivity and experience of software developers by building and integrating advanced development tooling. The candidate will design and implement AI-assisted IDE and developer tooling capabilities, integrate agent-based systems, and collaborate with customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- 12 years of professional experience or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree
- Strong software engineering skills in modern programming languages
- Experience with IDEs, developer tools, or build and test systems
- Ability to prototype, evaluate, and refine experimental tooling
- Solid understanding of software development workflows and best practices
