Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience designing product experiences in early stage fintech or complex enterprise environments
- Systems thinking and ability to build reusable systems
- Strong interaction and visual design chops
- Customer-obsessed and able to design with empathy
- Startup mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
