The company is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for its growth engine, responsible for user acquisition, referral growth, and offer discovery. The ideal candidate has deep growth product experience in a consumer marketplace context.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience with a focus on growth in consumer platforms or marketplace businesses.
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth, transaction volume, and funnel conversion improvement through product-led initiatives.
- Hands-on experience owning growth systems: onboarding optimization, referral and viral growth loops, conversion funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred; candidates with experience at companies such as Pinduoduo, Meituan, Taobao, Tmall, or similar platforms are strongly encouraged to apply.
