Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing
- Ability to analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts
- Ability to create compelling and engaging email content
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing
