- Supporting financial business cases with data analysis and research.
- Setting up project governance, reporting, and templates.
- Coordinating with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to define priorities and gather insights.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, and logging project information.
- Establishing policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Driving crossâfunctional alignment and smooth execution across departments.
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Communicating updates and outcomes clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Promoting continuous improvement through lessons learned and enhancements.
- Leading or supporting change management initiatives for adoption of new processes and tools.
