Job Description
The Mill Reliability Leader is the lead reliability position in the facility, responsible for developing a team of highly skilled reliability engineers and managing the Reliability organization and efforts across the entire mill.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering is preferred
- 10+ years of operations, maintenance, and/or engineering experience in a paper-manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of reliability principles, CMMS systems, and Lean tools such as RCFA
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
