Utilities Superintendent

The Utilities Superintendent will oversee the Power and Recovery operations at the New Bern Mill, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the utilities process. This position will have direct oversight of four salaried Front Line Leaders and will be responsible for operations, reliability, and maintenance of the effluent system and waste clarifier.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience in utilities area processes
• Orange book knowledge
• 3PQP and RBSA experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and computer skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work within labor agreement
• Ability to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear and abide by Personal Protective Equipment
