Requirements
- German (C2) and English (C1) proficiency
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Ability to achieve independent closings from day 1
- Experience in inbound sales and handling high-quality leads
- Documented history of goal achievement or overachievement of quotas
- Strong performance- and success-oriented, competitive, and financially motivated
- Experience in structured, CRM-driven sales environments
- High level of negotiation strength and high sovereignty in exchange with C-Level decision-makers
- High degree of ownership, responsibility, and self-organization in the remote setup
- Passion for sustainability and climate change, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with it
- Main residence in Germany or Austria
