We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, including experience sourcing for technical roles. The successful candidate will be proficient in Workday, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 1+ years of analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
- Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of various engineering roles in technology
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and thrive in a multi-tasking environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
