Job Description
Global Channel Management is a technology company seeking a Technical Writer to author technical publications for highly technical and complex products. The ideal candidate has 3 years of related experience, a degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing or related subject, and experience with Structured FrameMaker (DITA).
Requirements
- Experience authoring technical publications for highly technical and complex products
- Experience working with complex network products, video delivery products, and/or software for technical audiences
- Experience with Structured FrameMaker (DITA)
- Ability to learn quickly and on-the-fly
