Job Description
Reports to: Branch Manager. Functions Supervised: Branch Activities and Staff. Primary Functions: Supervise the activities of the branch with an emphasis placed on creating positive member and employee experiences.
Requirements
- Responsible for actively engaging with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience.
- Coach, lead and motivate branch employees through consistent observational feedback.
- Mentor branch staff through employee development and engagement strategies.
- Supervise daily operational duties to include compliance, security, and branch balancing.
- Manage employee and branch schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Obtain state mandated insurance license to quote and bind Personal Lines insurance products.
- Support the Member Service Center by monitoring call activities and allocating assistance as branch and MSC needs arise.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
