Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, production, and ultimate successful completion of all assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring and engaging field operations to ensure that all safety practices are being followed. The Project Manager also builds and maintains relationships with the project team, including co-workers, trade partners, design professionals, inspectors, and client representatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction or equivalent knowledge
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent
• Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, walk, stand; Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with typical PM software tools, or equivalents, including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), MS Project, P6, Google Earth, Google Drive, MS Teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with professional and polished communication style to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clients, and government agencies
