Join the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) team supporting vital national security work at LANL as a Construction Project Manager / Superintendent leading mission-critical construction projects at the TA-55 facility. We are seeking qualified individuals to fill multiple positions for this long-term effort, providing first-rate leadership and oversight of impactful work that supports our nation's nuclear deterrent posture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline or specialized courses in project management
- 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, or a related field
- Nuclear industry experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Advanced experience managing construction projects, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Extensive knowledge and experience with facility maintenance and/or construction management
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of collective bargaining agreements related to all trades
- Extensive understanding of work hazards, safety practices, operating configuration, and lock-out/tag-out policies and procedures
