Job Description
Global Experts is seeking a Chef de Rang / Head Waiter for a 4*S Hotel in Donegal, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, experience in a similar environment, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Insure the smooth running of the section
- Assist junior team members
- Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors
- Set up the restaurant before service
- Seat guests and provide menu explanations
- Deal efficiently and courteously with guest queries
- Maintain a clean and high-standard restaurant environment
