Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects—from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
