Platforms Engineer

Global Fashion Group is seeking a Platforms Engineer to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will work on delivering Platforms scoped projects, support delivery of infrastructure and DevOps for engineering teams, and assist in site reliability, maintenance and stability. The role requires knowledge of AWS technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to staying up-to-date with emerging best practices.

Requirements

• Workstream delivery of Platforms scoped projects under supervision by a senior or lead engineer
• Support delivery of infrastructure and DevOps for engineering teams
• Assist in site reliability, maintenance and stability
• Optimise CI workflows for Platforms-owned services
• Work with peers in Platforms team to implement foundational infrastructure and technologies
• Support engineering and data teams in their usage of the “platformˮ (cloud providers, CI/CD, external tools and vendors, observability and site reliability)
