The US Bookkeeper will be responsible for general ledger accounting, expense recording, month-end close activities, account reconciliation and analysis, compliance and internal controls, and collaboration and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
- 2 years working with a US based accounting firm as a bookkeeper
- Background with a US based company is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Campfire, NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
