Job Description
We are seeking an Assurance Specialist, Quality & Packaging to lead ISTA transit testing, collaborate with international vendors, and analyze packaging failures across LTL and small parcel networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3ā7+ years in packaging quality or engineering with hands-on ISTA testing experience
- Knowledge of LTL and small parcel carrier networks (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS)
- Experience coordinating with international suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Power BI/Tableau
- Experience with SPC, AQL, CAPA, and quality systems
