Requirements

• ERP/CRM/MCR software experience
• Experience in Warehousing / Logistics domain
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong customer and business focus
• Capability to support multiple project milestones concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Captivate
• Ability to use Windows based systems, email and chat programs, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
