Job Description
Global Industrial is seeking a Credit Representative to achieve maximum credit release and ensure orders meet standards. The role involves researching and compiling credit information, conducting credit checks, and communicating with customers regarding potential deposit requirements. This position reports to a Business Operations or similar group. The company offers industrial equipment and supplies to a diverse range of businesses.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer interaction
- Alpha and numeric data entry experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Solid analytical proficiencies
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
- Previous A/R background
