Job Description
Global Industrial is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives within the company's distribution center network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), IE Technology, or relatable accredited engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a warehousing and distribution environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results
- Knowledge of Lean principles and tools
- Experience in implementing Lean in a distribution environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities required
