Requirements

• Excellent root-cause assessment, troubleshooting, and remediation skills
• Ability to analyze, test, document, and modify desktop and network infrastructure
• Windows operating system and Microsoft Office support
• Network cabling, installation, and patch panel experience
• Windows server and Active Directory experience
• Desktop imaging and AV product experience
• Experience with IP phones, warehouse infrastructure, and wireless access points
• Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
• Printer troubleshooting and repair
• Willingness to learn new technologies
