Job Description
Global Financial Services firm is seeking a Fixed Income Agent Lending Project Manager for their Downtown Manhattan location.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience managing projects with focus on Broker Dealer and Banking Operations functions.
- Experience with fixed income agent lending processes.
- Experience in leading complex projects with demonstrated strong collaborative partnership skills working across multiple teams in a global bank.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to communicate bank priorities with sensitivity and strong awareness of organizational dynamics.
- PMP certification (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile principles and tools, including JIRA and Confluence (a plus)
