System Support Specialist II

The System Support Specialist II is responsible for supporting assigned, proprietary GLS system components, managing issues with vendors, and building close working relationships with business, IT, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an information technology role
• Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative and make recommendations for improvement
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player that can adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
