Requirements
- Support daily activities of the Wholesale team
- Ensure accuracy of pricing
- Serve as the go-to contact for customers day-to-day issues
- Manage operations for all manual billing to minimize hedge exposure and keep risk within tolerance
- Interface with customers/haulers/internal groups to resolve issues
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Assist with the entering and managing of RA data related to price curves, purchase deals, sale deals, price notices, etc
- Analyze and understand business opportunities presented by customers and sales team
- Take ownership of processes that drive sales strategy, growth and profitability
- Administer sales support through CRM platform
- Develop proficiencies in internal systems: Right Angle, CRM, DTN, Global Connect, MarketView, Tableau
