Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. They will also adhere to safety and security policies, operate the point of sale, and address guest inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and coach them to perform job duties
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Address guest inquiries and complaints
- Check in external and internal vendors
- Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
