Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to accomplish store objectives.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties
- Coaching employees with constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
