Job Description
Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees, coaching employees, greeting guests, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
Requirements
- Supervise employees

- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
- Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
