Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to accomplish store objectives. This role involves coaching employees, greeting guests, and adhering to safety and security policies.

Requirements

• Supervise employees
• Coaching employees by giving constructive feedback
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
• Responsible for all cash processes
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors
