Job Description
Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The GSS must adhere to established safety and quality policies, and ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed. Additionally, the GSS is responsible for cash processes, guest service programs, and replenishing products.
