Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. They will greet guests, provide an enjoyable shopping experience, and adhere to safety and security policies.

Requirements

• Supervise employees
• Coaching employees
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
• Responsible for all cash processes
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors
