Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. They must adhere to safety and security policies and practices, operate the point of sale, and maintain store housekeeping functions. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries and complaints, checking in vendors, and being available to work flexible hours.
