Job Description
Guest Service Supervisor responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility, efficiency, and organization. Requirements
- Supervise employees and monitor work processes
- Coaching employees and providing constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale and manage cash processes
- Maintain store housekeeping functions
- Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
