Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management.
Requirements
- Supervise employees
- Coaching employees
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
- Responsible for all cash processes
- Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
