Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they perform job duties
- Coaching employees with constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Execute guest service programs and processes
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
- Must be available to work flexible hours, efficient and organized
