Guest Service Supervisor

Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management.

Requirements

• Supervise employees and ensure they are performing all job duties implemented by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
