Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties as implemented by management
- Coach employees by giving constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate point of sale and maintain cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Responsible for cash processes and guest service programs
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
